Community Homes is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation with a deep commitment to providing affordable housing for the elderly and young families in moderate, low, and very low, income brackets.

We search out communities that are under-served in these areas and assist them with our capacity, skill, and knowledge. When we commit to a community project, we intend to stay in the community for the long-term.

Community Homes, Inc., has dedicated people with decades of experience in all phases of planning, construction, rental management, finance and the special services required by disabled and senior citizens.

Our projects range from new single-family homes in inner cities to large multi-building apartment complexes in rural areas. We primarily serve San Bernardino and Riverside counties.
