Our Passion
We are committed to building and refurbishing homes and communities
for deserving families who would not otherwise be able to
occupy or own a home. Community Homes, Inc., believes that
good homes, occupied by good people, create good communities:
communities where crime drops, pride increases, lives improve,
and further contributions are made by the neighborhood.
First-Time Buyer Program
Also known as the Community Home Buyer Program for First-Time Buyers, we believe
that a vital part of getting first-time buyers into homes is through a variety
of financing vehicles. Our financing specialists use a number of public programs
and private institutions to assist first-time buyers in obtaining and successfully
purchasing homes, while maintaining their credit.
Community Homes, Inc., also manages these housing development programs for
governmental agencies that may not have the personnel or expertise to do so.
This enables these communities to fully participate in available funding, and
helps to satisfy city low-income housing requirements.
Our depth of experience in development and construction allows us to evaluate
properties and structures for economic viability, and to build or refurbish
existing housing under current grant and available financing.
Special Needs Expertise
Our management team has a unique blend of expertise in medical support and
assisted living development and operations. We can tackle complex development
issues, and explore creative solutions through an experienced perspective. When
communities have these special needs, Community Homes, Inc., takes a deep interest
in the people who will occupy these homes.
Community Reinvestment Act
Community Homes, Inc., serves as the conduit and vehicle for a variety of entities
to satisfy various CRA (and other miscellaneous) requirements. Using our expertise
and financial depth, Community Homes, Inc., is positioned to assist private
financial institutions and governmental agencies in development, construction,
and management of various projects where available staff may not have the time
or expertise to manage such diverse skill sets.
