Bob Botts - Board of Directors and President

Mr. Botts brings a wide variety of expertise to Community Homes Inc. He has served in multiple disciplines at Pacific Savings Bank for sixteen years, rising to Executive Vice
President of the two-billion-dollar Savings and Loan, where he managed a savings portfolio of over $500 million dollars, and oversaw and administrated an eighty-five branch network, operational back-office support, as well as consumer leading,
marketing, and corporate security.

Mr. Botts has extensive experience in business, as well as economic development and governmental affairs, having served as Administrative Assistant to a State Senator for four years; and four years as Manager, Office of Business Development for the
San Bernardino Economic Development Agency. He recently retired as Chief Financial Officer from a manufacturing company, with its world-wide headquarters in San Bernardino. He graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from
California State University, San Bernardino, with Post Graduate studies in Public Administration and Finance.

Mr. Botts is an elected member to the Banning City Council where he serves as the Chairman of the Community Redevelopment Agency.

Robert J. Lemley, Board of Directors and Vice President

Mr. Lemley has a wide variety of experience in housing and community development throughout the United States. His background in construction and real estate management is broadened by his public service tenure at the City of San Bernardino Economic Development Department, and various other San Bernardino County posts.

As housing development specialist for the City of San Bernardino Economic Development Department, Mr. Lemley acted as in-house broker for the disposition of agency property, developing an in-fill housing program and an agency loan guarantee program for the rehabilitation of repossessed houses. He established a first-time homebuyer program and was responsible for all tax credit low-income rental housing projects.

In the private sector, Mr. Lemley has been a construction superintendent and project manager for various building and real estate development companies in the Southern California area. He has privately developed multiple housing projects and single family
housing sub-divisions.

Mr. Lemley has a degree in business administration, with a minor in finance from California State University at Long Beach. His devotion to the housing industry is really about the people living in the structure, not the walls themselves. He is committed to
assisting the people of each community where Community Homes, Inc. is involved. His community activities include Board of Directors of:

Arrowhead Christian Academy, Community Christian College, Frazee Community Center and a member of San Bernardino Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Blake Rochette - Board of Directors and Secretary/Treasurer

Mr. Rochette has been a partner in the CPA firm Litka, Rochette & Company since 1989, providing accounting, financial and tax services to Community Homes, Inc. His offices are in Redlands and Running Springs, California.

His past experience has included work with J.D. Roorda Company of Riverside; Sunrise Company of Palm Desert; Burroughs Corporation, Detroit Michigan-West Coast Pacific Office; Bournes Incorporated; and Eadie and Payne, CPA’s. Mr. Rochette graduated from the University of Redlands Department of Business, with a bachelor of science, majoring in accounting and finance.

Ron Burgess - Chairman of the Board - Strategic Marketing and Planning

Mr. Burgess has over three decades of management experience in various capacities, and over two decades as a management consultant specializing in strategic marketing and marketing management systems.

He has done international and domestic projects as diverse as reporting to the Indonesian Trade Minister in Jakarta on prospects of direct trade with the US footwear industry, and the marketing plan for the largest conference ever held in Oxford, England. His experience includes the following industries: legal support, banking, insurance, industrial motors, agriculture, transportation, fashion, construction, recycling, retail, software, and property management.

Mr. Burgess holds degrees in liberal arts and business management from the University of Colorado, and advanced work in finance and marketing. In his early career, he built a chain of small specialty stores, and a small manufacturing company. He was divisional director for a national consulting firm and was responsible for training 120 field consultants in break-even and cash flow analysis, inventory management control, and expense planning.

His responsibilities with Community Homes, Inc. include strategic marketing management and planning.


KEY TEAM MEMBERS

James E. Standrich - Team Member

Mr. Standrich has been deeply involved in apartment, home, and commercial development for over 40 years. He has been directly involved in the development and construction or re-habilitation of nearly 4000 living units throughout the San Bernardino Valley, and desert areas. These units include single-family homes, duplexes,
four-plexes, and multi-family apartment buildings and condominium complexes. His work includes land sub-division and development, construction, sales, and rehabilitation of previous units.

Mr. Standrich’s long track record and depth of experience in building a wide variety of homes adds to the wealth of experience of our organization. He holds a degree in business administration from California State University at Long Beach.

Jack and Jim Nydam, New Heights Construction - Team Members

In the last two decades, New Heights Construction has become a construction company that builds large turnkey, custom-built facilities. Jack and Jim Nydam both began in construction trades in the early 1980’s. Following a business degree, Jack obtained his contractor’s license in 1984 and began New Heights Construction with Jim (who specialized in plumbing and HVAC). Jim received his license in 1986 and has an Associates Degree in business. New Heights projects include care facilities, schools, skilled nursing facilities and senior retirement complexes. Each project receives the quality attention to detail and is known for in our single-family homes. New Heights Construction has experience with commercial kitchens, extensive landscaping, locker rooms, apartments, intensive care rooms, club houses, office space, and a large gymnasium. New Heights has a strong management team and a proven track record. Together, the brothers have a complete grasp of the construction trades. All trades can be performed to a journeyman level within the company, which aids in the knowledgeable supervision of multiple subcontractors on large projects.
